Important Notes & Policies
Please review the following important notes and policies before the event. These guidelines ensure fair play, safety, and an enjoyable experience for all teams and spectators during our one-day Rugby Tag competition.

Refund Policy
Breaking Chains Sports LTD maintains the following refund conditions for all tournaments and events:

1. Refund Requests Made More Than 14 Days Before the Tournament
Participants may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the scheduled tournament date. Breaking Chains Sports LTD reserves the right to retain 10% of the total registration fee as an administrative and processing charge. The remaining balance will be refunded to the participant.
2. Refund Requests Made Within 14 Days of the Tournament
Any refund request submitted within 14 days of the tournament date will be non-refundable. All fees paid will be forfeited to Breaking Chains Sports LTD, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any Breaking Chains Sports LTD event, participants acknowledge and agree to the above refund policy.
